  • This role involves overseeing daily food truck operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, developing strategies to improve performance, and ensuring high-quality customer service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily food truck operations, including opening/closing, rostering, stock management, and quality control.
  • Leadership Development: Train, coach, and motivate the FOH and BOH crew to deliver top-tier service and maintain strong team morale.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer interactions, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile.
Requirements:
  • Calm and organised under pressure – you can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on and not afraid to jump into service when it's pumping.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating roster.
