Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, from inception to completion.

As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and subcontractors to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
  • Manage claims, variations and contract documentation
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting
  • Support Project Managers and site teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
About You:
  • 3+ years' experience in Contract Administration, preferably in fitout or refurbishment
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, claims and cost reporting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
