Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with customers to understand their technical environment and requirements
  • Providing expert technical guidance and support to drive client success
  • Managing customer-specific technical design queries and troubleshooting issues

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical solution delivery and customer-facing IT services
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT
  • Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS, latency, jitter, and SLAs
  • Cisco Technologies and Wi-Fi standards expertise
  • ITIL Practices and Service Management knowledge
