Renewable Energy Specialist Opportunity

ERM is seeking a renewable energy specialist to play a leadership role in the development of offshore wind and marine infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in environmental impact assessments, project management, and team leadership. They will be supported by a large cohort of industry leading technical specialists and environmental professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional looking to advance their career with a global leader in sustainability consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EIS/EES projects in marine environments.
  • Manage projects to scope and ensure team relationships are maintained to an exceptional standard.
  • Collaborate with technical team leads to develop and deliver superior outcomes for clients.
  • Support Account Directors in maintaining existing client relationships and developing strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in environmental planning and impact assessments on offshore projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Tertiary degree in Marine Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Authorisation to work in Australia.
