We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee and supervise technical aspects of projects in the civil construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating day-to-day activities, managing subcontractor packages, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating daily activities and acting as a point of escalation for critical events
  • Managing subcontractor packages and on-site coordination between work fronts and different disciplines
  • Coordinate material delivery, tracking, and reporting
  • Undertaking quality inspections and reviewing works, including ITP completion
  • Tracking daily progress and productivity and reporting
  • Providing input to program schedules for both completed activities and look ahead
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other relevant studies
  • Relevant experience on civil construction projects
  • Solid understanding of TfNSW specifications
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and managing client interactions
  • Clear driver's license and own transport
  • Ability to work away from home on a roster for upcoming remote projects
