About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Service to join our team at TeamKids. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional before, after, and holiday care programs to children every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences for children
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire, and delight
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
  • Be the glue that connects TeamKids with the school community
Requirements
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Natural leadership skills, with an eye for detail
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
