Food and Beverage Attendant Role

We are currently seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform hospitality & kitchen duties in the mess, bar and dining halls on a casual basis.

  • Support the Hospitality team by consistently delivering a friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
  • Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises, ensuring all required repairs and maintenance are reported.
  • Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, all cash is handled and banked in line with protocols, and any suspicious behaviour is immediately reported.
  • Assist with basic food preparation, as requested by the Head Chef.

About You:

  • Must have current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
  • Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site).
  • Customer Service experience and working in a fast-paced environment.
