In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform hospitality and kitchen duties in the mess, bar, and dining halls on a casual basis.

We cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner services between 5:30 am – 8:00 pm, on a 7-day roster. The main hours for these casual positions are evening shifts between 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm, available ASAP.

This is a great opportunity in 2025 to join RAAF East Sale, located in the Southeast Suburbs of Melbourne (Gippsland region, Victoria).

About The Role
  1. Support the Hospitality and Catering team by delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
  2. Clean, sanitise, and maintain equipment, furniture, and premises, reporting any repairs and maintenance needed.
  3. Ensure all meals are processed in the meal pass system, handle and bank cash following company and client protocols, and report any suspicious behaviour immediately.
  4. Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.
About You
  1. Must have current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
  2. Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training available on site).
  3. Customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
