Luxury Apartment Developer Site Supervisor Role

Due to recent project successes, this luxury apartment developer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of on-site safety, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Manage site budgets and business processes related to labor, overtime, tools, and equipment rentals.
- Coordinate daily site activities in accordance with the project schedule and adhere to established business systems.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to meet project goals and documentation standards.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork through regular site meetings and direct interactions.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship by assisting subcontractors in meeting their obligations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Trade background in Carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and documents, relaying details to contractors, consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
