Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our casual educator team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children in Yea and Flowerdale.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) and prior experience working in a kindergarten or other early childhood service. You will have a sound understanding of early childhood learning and development principles and be able to support the growth and engagement of our young learners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the interests and abilities of each child.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of our education and care services.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience working in a kindergarten or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
  • Confident team player, reliable, and willing to travel.
