About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Ballarat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service and create authentic connections with customers
  • Engage with customers and recommend products best suited to their needs
  • Demonstrate and show customers how to use relevant products
  • Support and motivate team members to collectively achieve store goals
  • Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets
  • Maintain upkeep of the store
  • Cash reconciliation

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience within the retail sector highly regarded
  • Able to exceed individual and store sale targets and KPI's
  • Loves to contribute in a team environment
