We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join our team. As a Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing construction design documents for various industrial D&C projects across Sydney.

  • Timely production of concept drawings and site sketches is essential to the success of this role.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the project design/construction team, external consultants and site personnel is critical to delivering high-quality designs on time.
  • Producing required documents for council approval as part of obtaining construction certificates (DA, CC, CDC) is a key aspect of this position.

To be considered for the position of Design and Approvals Specialist, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' local experience in a similar role working in construction, drafting, or design coordination.
  • Proficient in the use of Revit software is highly desirable.
  • Experience lodging CC and CDC applications is also advantageous.
