  • Key Responsibilities:">

    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of inclusive housing projects from concept to completion, integrating Livable Housing Design Guidelines, Universal Design principles, and sustainability standards into every phase.">
    • Manage all construction operations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Australian Building Standards and WHS regulations.">
    • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing construction teams and contractor networks, driving innovation through modern technologies like modular construction, prefabrication, and digital project management tools (e.g. BIM).">
    • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, regulators, funding bodies, and community advocates, providing regular project reports and strategic insights to the CEO and Board.">

  • Requirements: Senior leadership experience in construction management, preferably within residential or community housing, with comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Standards, accessibility codes, Livable Housing Design Guidelines, and Universal Design principles.">
