About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for autonomously running a portfolio of properties, including day-to-day tasks such as:

  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting market research and assisting with proposals
  • Liaising with sales and leasing teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, including ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including issuing and handling work orders to tradesmen
  • Conduct market research and assist with proposals to increase property value
  • Liaise with sales and leasing teams to ensure smooth property transactions

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail
  • Desire to work in commercial/industrial property management
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
