Oncology Pharmacist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oncology Pharmacist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to specialize in oncology pharmacy and make a meaningful contribution to the care of cancer patients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize the supply of cancer therapy for hospital inpatients and day oncology unit patients
  • Develop and utilize clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients
  • Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Record clinical interventions
  • Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate and counsel staff, patients, and allied health professionals

About You

  • Valid AHPRA Pharmacist general registration with no restrictions
  • Minimum experience: Community Pharmacist – at least 2 years' experience in a Pharmacist role or Hospital Pharmacist – at least 1 year's experience in a Pharmacist role
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from the date of employment
