Our team is seeking an Event Support Professional to join us at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort. As a vital member of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the resort's public areas are immaculate and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining commercial spaces, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work independently. You will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including restrooms, lobby areas, and common spaces.

In addition to your cleaning duties, you will also be responsible for monitoring supplies and amenities to minimize waste and assist with deep cleaning projects as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess basic English language skills, experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial cleaning, and a current Queensland driver's license. Experience with cleaning machinery, equipment, and chemicals is highly desirable.

This role involves working in a physically demanding environment, including heights, and may require working unsupervised across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Shift times will vary depending on operational needs.
