Public Area Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Public Area Host to join our hotel operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all public areas are clean and well-maintained.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning of various public areas, including lounges, restaurants, corridors, and lifts.

  • Customer Service:

    Providing a high level of customer service at all times by treating all guests, peers, and external parties with respect and enthusiasm.

  • Safety and Efficiency:

    Correctly following workplace safety guidelines and procedures and working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning and/or housekeeping experience (preferable).
  • Basic English language skills (required).
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amounts of weight.
  • Strong physical abilities for walking around the resort to various apartments with lots of inclined areas and stairs.
  • Flexibility, punctuality, and commitment to work schedule.
