Project Engineering Roles

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers to join our team across New South Wales and contribute to upcoming Transport projects in Regional NSW.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure efficient execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate communication, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring project progress and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project engineering or a related role.
  • Previous experience on Transport for NSW or local government projects in New South Wales, particularly in civil, bridge, and road infrastructure, is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
