
Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to fill our Field Service role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical equipment across Tasmania.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain maximum machine uptime by carrying out regular servicing and repairs on electrical installations.
- Servicing and maintaining installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Reporting on service assignments and faults to inform decision-making.
- Installing new electrical equipment at customer sites.
- Providing excellent customer service to our partners and clients.
- Analysing areas of potential improvement in products and reporting back to the local service team.
- Undertaking thorough cleaning of equipment to maintain high standards.
- A recognised trade certificate in Electrical Work or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, software installation and networking principles.
- Exceptional diagnostic and analytical skills, particularly with regards to electrical equipment.
- Previous experience with troubleshooting electronic equipment and replacing circuit boards.
- An unrestricted driver's license and willingness to submit a full driving history record.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
