Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Technician located in Launceston, TAS. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for responding to emergency situations involving water, storm, and fire damage. Tasks include conducting water damage assessments, structural drying, and using specialized drying equipment. The role also involves remediation of mould, sewage, and performing clean-up in crime and trauma scenarios. Effective communication with clients and team members is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in Water Damage Restoration
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for 24/7 emergency response
- Relevant certifications in restoration are a plus
- Previous experience in restoration or related fields is beneficial
