About the Role

As a Retirement Village Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our village, ensuring an outstanding resident experience. This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An enthusiastic and approachable leadership style

  • The ability to communicate clearly and confidently – both in writing and in person

  • Resilience and problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and handle challenges with confidence and care.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet-based systems
