Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for delivering discrete packages of work independently and in collaboration with the team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Designing civil engineering aspects with a focus on land development projects, including geotechnical and environmental remediation, bulk earthworks, servicing roads, and stormwater designs.
  • Leading and managing projects, including resourcing, scheduling, cash flow, and project budgets.
  • Liaising with clients, local government, and authorities to meet project expectations.
  • Coordinating diverse stakeholders and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of the team.
  • Developing innovative solutions to project challenges.

What You Will Bring

  • A strong technical background in civil engineering, preferably with 5-15 years of experience in land development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with clients and team members.
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy team environment.
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD and 12D is beneficial but not essential.
