**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Systems Specialist to configure and manage systems configuration and business rules within core Intellectual Property (IP) systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Configuring and managing systems configuration and business rules within core IP systems across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Implementing business rule changes, analyzing and designing business processes, and customizing templates.
  • Improving workflow in the IP systems through automation and other means.
  • Ensuring all templates are up-to-date and standardized across the group.
  • Providing basic systems training for IP Management and Document Management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary or professional qualification in information technology and management.
  • Experience in IP Management systems or business processes.
  • Exposure to VBA and/or SQL.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Inprotech.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Protect data integrity within the core IP systems. Maintain strong relationships with business entities and communicate clearly. Support day-to-day issues with IP Management systems. Document changes and follow the change control process strictly.
