Key Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated Electronics Production Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing daily production schedules to ensure timely task completion.
  • Creating technical drawings, making first-off samples, and developing bill of materials.
  • Managing labor costs, projects, and customer/supplier relationships.
  • Improving the overall production team for future growth and development.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum two years of production experience in electronics or a related field.
  • A hands-on approach to sample production and willingness to work on urgent projects.
  • Experience with simple electronic product design is an advantage.
  • A commitment to the role and flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
  • Permanent Resident/Australian Citizenship.
