Early Childhood Educator

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our prestigious preschool service. This role offers a great salary and part-time hours, allowing for a perfect balance between work and personal life.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and committed to delivering excellence in early childhood education and care. They will have a warm and welcoming disposition, excellent communication skills, and a deep passion for working with children aged 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Work collaboratively with other educators and teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with parents and caregivers, ensuring they are informed about their child's progress and development
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and respectful school culture, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children

Requirements:

  • Completed ACECQA approved Diploma (or above) in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • 1 year of experience providing early childhood education and care, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent programming and observation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A valid Working With Children Check (Employer) and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
