Early Childhood Education Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Centre Manager. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in early childhood education, while contributing to the growth and development of children and families.

In this role, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team to create a safe and secure environment for children to learn and thrive. You will build lasting relationships with families, support business performance, and contribute to making your centre an example of excellence in early childhood education.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families. If you are a motivated and experienced individual who is looking to take on a leadership role, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ongoing professional development and learning through exceptional coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Develop skills to drive business performance and contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards). Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role is also required.
