Role Overview
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will take a supervisory lead on the selling floor, supporting the Store Management team in day-to-day operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and be a role model in all areas of your role.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to the team.
- Actively manage the selling floor and client experience.
- Promote and drive department sales and confidence.
- Prepare and deliver morning briefs and training for the team.
