- Define and execute sales strategy (supporting Head of Sales) based upon individual and team performance, product roadmap, and GTM data / insight.
- Develop and deliver ongoing sales training / coaching and tooling / sales enablement assets.
- Implement regular sales operational checkpoints and meeting structures (including SKOs, weekly performance meetings, and recurring analysis of team / individual performance).
- Analyse and optimise performance of the full Zeller sales funnel and operational metrics, ensuring our CRM, lead qualification, management, pipeline hygiene and data is accurate.
- Support the growth team with readily accessible and trackable reporting, analytics and dashboards — including, but not limited to, funnel metrics, leads and deals, pipeline hygiene, and individual forecasts.
We are looking for a Sales Performance Optimizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations and be proficient in Hubspot and other revenue software systems. They will also have efficient project management skills and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
