  • Implement efficient and effective strategies for managing and monitoring livestock feeding, health, and care.
  • Utilize electronic dairy systems accurately and ensure system functionality by performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with the Farm Manager to monitor progress, provide updates, and convey any operational concerns or issues.
  • Perform regular farm maintenance and adhere to scheduled machinery upkeep schedules to ensure equipment efficiency.
  • Be an integral part of a team environment and contribute positively to the workplace culture.
  • Engage in both on-site and off-site training opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in farm management or relevant farming background is highly recommended.
  • Previous large herd experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of pasture management techniques, grazing methods, and livestock care.
  • Solid grasp of electronic dairy systems and data management capabilities.
