As a key leader you will inspire your team manage risk navigate funding programs and sector reforms to help achieve exceptional care for the Victorian community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee home nursing and assessment services ensuring quality continuity and client satisfaction.
  • Develop systems and policies that enhance business performance staff engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Manage risk collaborate with stakeholders and navigate funding programs and sector reforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursing management role.
  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven success leading nursing teams.
  • Strong financial and business management acumen.
  • Understanding of community funding programs.
  • Experience engaging collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Success in developing implementing effective systems policies and procedures.
  • High-level problem solving analytical skills and strong focus on risk management.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes for clients staff and organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
