About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary and strategic Clinical Manager to lead a team of nurses and professionals in delivering exceptional care to communities. This pivotal role involves driving clinical excellence, service efficiency, and staff development, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive the operational management of home nursing services, ensuring seamless delivery of quality care
- Provide expert oversight and accountability for nursing and assessment functions, guaranteeing safe and responsive care
- Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to promote service growth and innovation
- Elevate systems, processes, and policies that support clinical governance, business efficiency, and consumer satisfaction
- Cultivate a skilled and capable nursing workforce aligned with current and future sector needs
- Active registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant professional bodies
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing nursing teams in community settings
- In-depth understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and continuous improvement principles
- Strong financial acumen and business management expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of community funding streams (e.g., CHSP, DVA)
- Experience with client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver's license and national police clearance
- Advanced management qualifications and experience in aged care or community services
- Demonstrated success in change management and quality improvement initiatives
- Understanding of current reforms in aged care, community, and disability sectors
