Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of a roster of digital talent, including scheduling, brand partnerships, and overall career development.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in talent management, preferably within the influencer, entertainment, or digital media space. They will also have strong knowledge of the creator economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

This is a mid-senior level full-time position based in Sydney with office days on Tuesday-Thursday and remote flexibility on Monday and Friday. The salary range is A$149,739-A$173,739 per year.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a roster of digital talent, including scheduling, brand partnerships, and career development
  • Act as the main point of contact for talent and represent them in all professional communications and negotiations
  • Lead the development of proposals in response to brand briefs and seek out new opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key brand, agency, and platform partners
  • Oversee campaign execution from brief to delivery, ensuring talent deliverables are met and expectations exceeded
  • Identify and recruit emerging talent to join the roster
  • Guide new talent through onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into systems and processes
  • Coordinate logistics for appearances, events, gifting, and PR opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date internal documentation, bios, and media kits
