Job Title: Allied Health Manager

Frontline Health Brisbane is seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing clinicians, ensuring compliance, maintaining the quality of the client experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and experience as a Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving business growth
