This role is for an experienced and innovative Curriculum Development Expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum, with the ability to develop high-quality resources that support alternative learning pathways and inclusive practices.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development of the Alternative Learning Curriculum Resource, collaborating with stakeholders across teams, branches, regions, and schools to ensure the resource is practical and inclusive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing written responses to policy positions, curriculum implementation matters, and correspondence, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities.
- Facilitating professional learning opportunities for stakeholders to build capacity and understanding of the Alternative Learning Curriculum Resource and its application in schools.
Requirements for this position include:
- Expert knowledge of the Prep to Year 10 Australian Curriculum Version 9 General Capabilities.
