About The Role

As a key member of our banking team, you will guide customers through tailored financial solutions, promoting our products and services in a proactive and community-focused way.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership and financial services experience, particularly in Lending, Agribusiness or Business Banking, to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with your team to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters learning, growth and innovation.

About You

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Effective sales skills
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Ability to positively adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school certificate or similar qualification
  • Financial experience (desired)
  • Lending experience (desired)
  • Previous experience with Business Banking, particularly Agribusiness (desired)
