Civil Engineering Opportunity

ADW Johnson has been engaged by Scape Properties as the lead consultant and has provided full service provision across multiple stages for the Crangan Bay residential subdivision. The project is a 600+ lot development located in Central Coast, AU.

Project Involvement
  1. Civil Engineering Design: We have designed various aspects of the project including water and sewer systems.
  2. Project Management: From DA to Subdivision Certificate, we have managed and coordinated subconsultants on the project.
  3. Surveying, Town Planning, and Tendering and Contract Administration are some of the other services we have provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of civil engineering projects
  • Management of subconsultants and project teams
  • Coordination of tendering and contract administration processes

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in civil engineering design software
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
