Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an engineering team as a Project Manager and Project Engineer.

The company has been operating in NSW for over 50 years and is a recognized leader in the civil construction space.

As a Project Manager and Project Engineer, you will work closely with senior management to deliver complex civil works projects, including rail, roads, subdivisions, and bridges.

Candidates should have experience in civil construction, road, bridge, or general infrastructure projects and be interested in working in the Central Coast / Newcastle region.

The role offers a competitive market-high base salary, a top-of-the-range company car, and an excellent bonus scheme.

You will be supported by experienced engineers and seasoned Supervisors who emphasize profitable bidding and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee project execution, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, road, bridge, or general infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct teams.
