About Our Work

BUSY Ability is a not-for-profit disability employment services provider operating across Northern NSW and South East Queensland. We deliver Disability Employment Service (DES) contracts on behalf of the Federal Government to find suitable and sustainable employment for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload and work with customers to increase their readiness to sustain employment.
  • Upskill and retrain customers to create opportunities for them via referrals and direct marketing to local employers.
  • Provide quality Post Placement Support to support our customers in employment.
