Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the Services team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Champion and bring to life the Service Promise in the Services team and broader Customer Experience team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Manage team performance, succession planning, recruitment, induction and development of talent as required in the CX team
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build a high-performing customer-facing team
  • Experience in rostering, budgeting and reporting
  • Ability to innovate and think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
