Successful candidates will be available for 25-30 hours per week across 3-4 days including Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Share your expertise and passion for coffee with customers, delivering high-quality service and product knowledge.
  • Maximize sales through engaging and connecting with customers, creatively collaborating with team members to create memorable experiences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values.
  • Engage and connect with customers through membership programs.
  • Embody a professional attitude and excellent personal presentation.
  • Collaborate and support team members to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
