About Our Labour & Employment Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled lawyer to join our busy and highly regarded Labour & Employment team in Sydney.

You will work closely with our Sydney L&E team but also enjoy collaboration with our Perth L&E team, as well as our wider global L&E teams. Collaboration is key, so we are seeking a team player who is hardworking, down to earth, and adopts an inclusive work style.

The role involves a mix of advisory and litigation work, with some corporate support work. Private practice experience is essential, but in-house experience, or experience within the courts/commissions, employer associations or government, would also be valued.

Responsibilities
  • Advisory and litigation work in Labour & Employment law
  • Some corporate support work
  • Collaborate with Sydney and Perth L&E teams, as well as wider global L&E teams
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years' legal experience primarily in Labour & Employment law
  • Private practice experience essential
  • In-house experience, or experience within courts/commissions, employer associations or government, would be valued
