About Our Team

This senior leadership role involves coordinating and executing change initiatives across a portfolio of business processes to support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll engage stakeholders at all levels, develop strategic plans, and enable its successful adoption.

As an entrepreneurial thinker with a strong background in human resources or people-focused areas, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Change: Lead key change initiatives across technology and functional areas, including the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Crafting Strategies: Develop innovative change plans that include communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Engaging Stakeholders: Build strong, trust-based relationships across all business levels.
  • Analysing Impact & Readiness: Conduct impact and readiness assessments, risk analyses, and support change mitigation strategies.
  • Training & Communication: Create compelling training programs and communication strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
  • Fostering Improvement Culture: Promote continuous improvement by identifying and acting on opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Leading and Mentoring: Provide leadership and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • 5+ years' experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation in complex environments.
  • Experience in leading ERP implementations required. Field Service, Customer Service and Finance Applications implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT or related field (Master's desirable).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Proven leadership skills, especially in guiding cross-functional teams.
