We have a significant presence worldwide, serving over 26 million users across seven global branches, including Moomoo NZ. In Australia, we are a CHESS-sponsored broker, providing competitive and accessible trading options tailored to Aussie investors’ needs.

This role involves client engagement, marketing activation, stakeholder & team coordination, and performance measurement. You will:

  • Proactively greet visitors, uncover their investment goals, demo the app/platform, and gather insights to enhance business development efforts.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to support business development, events, and overall brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with marketers, designers, and mall management to keep activations on-brand, compliant, and on schedule.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and events, particularly in how they support business development and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Fundamental Skills and Qualifications

You must possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate finance jargon into plain English (Cantonese or other languages are a plus).
  • The enthusiasm of a sales-closer and the poise of an event host; hitting targets motivates you.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments (weekend crowds, outdoor pop-ups); flexibility with last-minute layout changes.
  • 18+ with full Australian working rights.
