We are seeking a skilled Credit Officer to join our client\u2019s Finance team. As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for managing debtor collections, liaising with partners, and resolving client queries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage debtor collections for national insurance clients via calls and emails
- Liaise with partners to assist in collecting clients\u2019 outstanding debts
- Resolve client queries and assist with unidentified deposits
- Maintain and improve processes for financial transactions
- Have 4-5 years of experience in credit control, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with debtor collections for insurance clients is highly desirable
- A proven track record in reducing debt with a focus on cash flow
- Strong decision-making skills and relationship-building abilities
- Capability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent customer service, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and high level of enthusiasm
- Work-from-home IT equipment provided
