About the Role

You will lead our Analytical content delivery engine in North America, refining an AI-powered operations strategy for speed, integrity, and commercial growth.

Your responsibilities span content integrity and delivery, process excellence, resource optimization, and technology adoption, focusing on generative and agentic AI capabilities.

By setting KPIs and improving workflows, you will ensure frequent updates and faster content delivery cycles, delivering high-quality, customer-centric output that fuels growth.

The role reports to the Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee a pipeline for high-quality, high-velocity content creation and updating.
  2. Work with content development and editorial partners to refine and execute a multi-year roadmap for accelerated content delivery while managing costs.
  3. Build, coach, and inspire a nimble operations team, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and AI-first thinking.
  4. Monitor and act on KPIs (cost efficiency, productivity, turnaround time, content freshness), providing executive-ready reporting and recommendations.
  5. Serve as operational SME for supporting Lexis+ AI developments, ensuring content is structured and tagged optimally for emerging AI experiences.
  6. Partner with Product and Tech teams to embed AI solutions into core workflows.
  7. Own relationships with vendors and shared-services partners, negotiating SOWs, tracking SLAs, and optimizing global resourcing models.
  8. Champion best-practice processes across regions, harmonizing tools and governance with Global Analytical counterparts.
  9. Engage senior leaders regularly to confirm strategic alignment, surface risks, and celebrate wins.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field.
  • Experience in content, publishing, or information-services operations, ideally with legal, regulatory, or professional content.
  • Demonstrated success refining and executing strategic roadmaps that deliver cost, quality, and speed improvements.
  • Proven people-leadership experience, including building hybrid, multi-region teams.
  • Expertise with data-visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel) and comfort using LLMs to analyze large data sets to drive decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen and stakeholder-influencing skills within highly matrixed organizations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Gen AI / agentic AI in content workflows is a plus.
  • Able to work during US/CAN business hours.
