**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to fill the role of Maintenance General Hand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to multitask effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Rectify issues related to patching and painting, minor carpentry repairs, door handles and locks replacement, plumbing blockages, electrical equipment troubleshooting, lighting and kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Hold or obtain a White Card and current driver's license.

**Working Conditions:**

  • Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm with an on-call component
