Key Responsibilities:
  • IT System Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including infrastructure, networks, and applications.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Cybersecurity: Develop and implement effective cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect our organization's data and systems from threats.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and implement new technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT systems and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Excellent technical expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
