About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Diploma and Certificate III educators to join our team at ECMS. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality and inclusive early learning and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a play-based educational program that promotes children's learning and development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Contribute to a child-safe environment and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standard.
  • Current Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
