About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trade Qualified Field Service Technician to provide support on a range of equipment in Tom Price, Western Australia.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance services, including breakdown, service, and planned maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing onsite repairs on a variety of equipment
  • Attending to site breakdowns within Tom Price and surrounding areas
  • Undertaking diagnostic work to identify issues
  • Liaising with customers to build strong relationships
  • Collaborating with internal technical support staff to achieve successful maintenance outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To have relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) mobile plant trade qualifications
  • To have experience and knowledge of civil and mining equipment
  • To possess a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in remote areas
  • To have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • To have great technical knowledge and diagnostic ability
