About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team of caregivers, providing personalized support to older adults in a residential setting. As a valued member of our team, you will be empowered to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, fostering a sense of community and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, observing and reporting any changes in their condition, planning and supporting social and lifestyle activities, and documenting information as required.

  • Develop strong relationships with residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional person-centered care
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and autonomy
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive living environment

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related qualification
  • A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
